Healthcare professionals will learn how digitally enabled long term care management and virtual wards can improve the lives of those living with diabetes in the forthcoming NHSX diabetes webinar.
The NHSX Regional Scale Programme will illuminate the bigger picture of what is going on nationally in the diabetes world by discussing how digital developments enhance policy, strategy and funding opportunities.
The two-hour long workshop will bring together clinicians and project staff from across the country who are working on tech-enabled projects involving diabetes.
The free to attend webinar provides healthcare professionals an opportunity to influence the future of diabetes care.
Professor Partha Kar OBE, National Specialty Advisor for Diabetes at NHS England, will open the workshop with a presentation, followed by case studies of tech-enabled diabetes services and space for breakout discussions.
Attendees will be able to access the workshop via Zoom on Wednesday, 25 August, between 2pm and 4pm.
