A South East Diabetes Foot Network Teams Meeting has been set up to discuss the National Diabetes Footcare Audit.
The online event, which will feature Professor William Jeffcoate and Audit Manager Julie Michalowski, will take place on Thursday, November 19 from 9am to 1015am. A question and answer session will also be held.
The meeting gives all attendees the opportunity to provide support and share best practice in a bid to develop agreed guidelines and protocols which have been identified from the survey.
Discussions on the provision of structured foot health education programmes will be facilitated as well as looking at new ways to ensure that foot care is considered in vascular reconfiguration programmes.
